Her work focuses on health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), HTA strategy, and payer-facing evidence, with particular expertise in aligning development decisions with the evidence expectations of health systems and decision-makers. She is known for bringing clarity to complex evidence challenges and for helping teams ensure that clinical, economic and access strategies are joined up from early development through to launch and beyond.
Victoria’s career spans multiple parts of the healthcare ecosystem. She began in clinical NHS practice as a physiotherapist, giving her a strong understanding of patient pathways and frontline care realities. She then moved into academic research and teaching, developing deep methodological expertise and a strong publication record. From there, she held global industry leadership roles in medical technology, leading HEOR, value and reimbursement strategy, including HTA submissions and real-world evidence programmes. She has also worked in specialist consultancy, supporting pharmaceutical and medtech companies on HTA strategy, evidence planning and payer-facing materials.
This cross-sector background enables Victoria to bridge perspectives that are often separated, connecting clinical reality, scientific rigour and commercial strategy with the practical expectations of HTA bodies and payers. Clients value her ability to see the whole system, anticipate challenges, and guide evidence strategies that support both decision-making and real-world impact.
Her work is underpinned by a commitment to ethical integrity and patient-centred value, ensuring that strategies stand up to scrutiny and support long-term impact, not just short-term milestones.
Victoria holds a PhD and MSc in Health Economics both from The University of Sheffield, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in HEOR and oncology. Through WyePath Solutions, she provides flexible, senior-level strategic support to help health innovations progress from development to patient access.
